Our Pursuit classes offer an easy, fun style of training with functional movements and high intensity — but without barbells and complex lifts. Similar to CrossFit with less equipment, Pursuit is designed to burn calories, increase stamina, and build muscle tone. Classes are an hour long and welcome all ages and skill levels.
