Armor weightlifting classes offer a methodical approach to developing explosive strength in the snatch and the clean & jerk. Through this process you'll get stronger, develop power, and sharpen your technique. Classes include people of all ages and skill levels — you'll start with light weights and focus on building a strong foundation, coached in a fun and competitive environment.
