Our strength & conditioning classes combine functional movement with high intensity in a fun, fast-paced setting. Every class addresses the 10 general physical skills that make up true fitness — cardio, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Home to CrossFit South Tacoma, it's designed for everyone, from the stay-at-home parent to the professional athlete.

Armor weightlifting classes offer a methodical approach to developing explosive strength in the snatch and the clean & jerk. Through this process you'll get stronger, develop power, and sharpen your technique. Led by our in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Zach Rynders, DPT, our movement-first model focuses on what you can safely do — not just your diagnosis or pain. Since 2013, Dr. Rynders has published research and presented to healthcare professionals and coaches on movement evaluation and injury prevention. The goal is to empower you to take control of your own health and fitness.
